If, due to any technical issues, conflict of interest, or matters beyond our jurisdiction, we are unable to provide you with a solution during the consultation, we will refund your fee within 5 working days.
Variable Charges Services: For services with variable charges based on specific requirements, we maintain the same commitment to delivering effective solutions. If we are unable to offer a solution due to technical reasons or other factors, your fees will be refunded within 5 working days.
Cancellation of Service Request:
General Services: Users have the option to cancel their service request, excluding the “Book a Legal Consulting Call” service. If you decide to cancel a service request before the service is initiated, you can contact us at [support@advocatelounge.com] to initiate the cancellation process.
Please note that the “Book a Legal Consulting Call” service cannot be canceled once booked due to its immediate nature.
